Domestic New Zealand Delivery

Processing Time:

  • Orders placed before 12pm are processed same business day
  • Weekends/public holidays excluded
  • Allow 1-2 business days for order preparation

Delivery Options:

  1. Standard Delivery (2-5 business days)
    • Free for orders over $100
    • $8.90 for orders under $100
    • Includes signature requirement
  2. Express Delivery (1-2 business days)
    • $14.90 nationwide
    • Order by 12pm for same-day dispatch
    • Priority handling

Delivery Areas:

  • Main centers: Typically 2-3 days
  • Rural addresses: Add 1-2 business days
  • Some remote locations may take longer

Order Tracking:

  • Tracking number emailed upon dispatch
  • Real-time updates via carrier website
  • Delivery notifications via SMS/email

Special Considerations:

  • Large items (mattresses/beds) ship separately
  • Multiple items may arrive in different deliveries
  • Someone must be available to sign for delivery

International Shipping:
Currently we only deliver within New Zealand.

What if I’m not home?
The carrier will:

  1. Attempt redelivery next business day
  2. Leave a collection card
  3. Hold at local depot for 5 days

Can I specify delivery instructions?
Yes! Add notes during checkout or contact us via your account.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, via NZ Post only (excludes large items)

Holiday Periods:
During peak seasons:

  • Check website for Christmas cut-off dates
  • Allow extra processing time
  • Express recommended for urgent deliveries

Damaged/Missing Items:
