- Orders placed before 12pm are processed same business day
- Weekends/public holidays excluded
- Allow 1-2 business days for order preparation

- Free for orders over $100
- $8.90 for orders under $100
- Includes signature requirement
- Express Delivery (1-2 business days)
- $14.90 nationwide
- Order by 12pm for same-day dispatch

Delivery Areas:
- Main centers: Typically 2-3 days
- Rural addresses: Add 1-2 business days
- Some remote locations may take longer

- Tracking number emailed upon dispatch

Special Considerations:
- Large items (mattresses/beds) ship separately
- Multiple items may arrive in different deliveries

International Shipping:
Currently we only deliver within New Zealand.

The carrier will:
- Attempt redelivery next business day
- Leave a collection card
- Hold at local depot for 5 days

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, via NZ Post only (excludes large items)
