Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for return or exchange:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging and tags must be included
- Proof of purchase required (order number/receipt)
- Mattress trial requires 30-night minimum use
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened bedding sets (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Products marked “Final Sale”
- Used pillows or mattress toppers

- Contact us after 30-night trial period
- We arrange free pickup
- Full refund processed within 5 business days
- Other Items:
- Initiate return through your account
- Package securely with original materials
- Include completed returns form
- Ship using trackable method
Refund Details
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
- Sale items refunded at purchase price
